Here is my very first tattoo, a skeleton key with a peacock feather wrapped around it on my left ribcage under my breast. I got it to represent several things. First and foremost the key represent the key to my heart and that I must be far more careful with who I allow into my heart. The feather represents that I am beautiful no matter who believes that I am ugly or “useless” (peacocks are often seen as useless but beautiful creatures.)  I’m actually going to continue this tattoo by having peacock feathers and chains cascade down my side landing in a pile on my hip. The pile will actually be a nest of peacock feathers and a European style dragon laying in the nest. The chain will connect key to the Dragon. I was born in the year of the dragon.  And this year, 2012, is the year of the dragon. 

I got this tattoo from Epicenter Studio in Huntington WV from Worley. Worley actually is the one who took the photo right after he completely the tattoo.
